Data processed
First name, last name, email, preferred language and account role; the bots you create (including prompts and knowledge base IDs, encrypted at rest); usage metrics (tokens, model, region, duration).
Conversations
Conversations are not saved automatically: they stay in the temporary chat context until you choose “Save conversation”. Saved conversations are encrypted at rest and are private: only you can see them and you can delete them at any time. During a chat the context is kept encrypted for at most 12 hours and then deleted automatically.
Processing with artificial intelligence
The messages and files you send are processed by Anthropic models through Amazon Bedrock, in the AWS region chosen for the bot or the chat. Replies may contain errors: verify important information.
Usage log
To manage the monthly quota and costs only counts are recorded (tokens, model, bot, date). The text of conversations never enters the log.
